Vitigno: moscato, procanico

The moscato comes from a volcanic, sandy soils on a site near the Bolsena Lake and the procanico from Ajola vines in Porano, also sandy-loam. A direct press of Moscato was fermented on procanico skins (pressed grapes from an other wine) for four weeks and the aged in stainless steel

Service tips: serve at 14-16 C. Drink with Trilli :)
