Once again the fruit is coming from Ajola vines in Porano, sandy-loam soil. The majority of the aleatico juice was used for a rosato; the skins and remaining free run was left with some white must, 3 weeks on skins before pressing into a stainless steel tank. 

Service tips: serve at 14-16 C.
