Dario Princic, an iconic wine producer from the Friuli region.  Farmed organically since 1988, the soils are made up of clay, limestone & marl.  This Jakot spends around 20 days on skins and spontaneously ferments in large open chestnut cask and ages in very old barriques for 2 years before it goes to bottle.

Service tips: serve at 10-12 C.
