Vitigno: parellada, macabeo, garnacha blanc

From vines planted as late as 1930, this red / white blend is aged in traditional amphora for around 8 months before being carefully bottled.  Its a particularly mesmerising mix of fruit & earthy layers.  

Service tips: serve at 14-16 C.
