Vitigno: vermentino, vernaccia, trebbiano
The base wine is made from grapes harvested a touch early to maintain a good acidity. The secondary fermentation in bottle is started by adding a late harvest of the same grapes coming from the same vineyard and vintage. The aromas reminds us unmistakably of the Mediterranean.
Service tips: Invert gently before opening, be ready with glasses as this wine is pretty alive with vigour (translates if you are not careful it's going to go everywhere)
