Ajolas flagship Fishing wine is back! Picked early for a more zesty, refreshing experience. This wine comes in at a low 11.5% and has a touch of spritz on opening. Umbrias version of a vino verde’ one could say.

Ajola is a small farm located in the hills between Orvieto and Bolsena, Umbria. Started by Jacopo, it morphed into a collaboration between friends. Set at 440 meters above sea level on volcanic and sandy loam soils at the intersection between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.

Service tips: Serve at 8-10C. Aperitivo hour is complete with this wine in tow.
