Crunchy, zippy, and slightly oxidative. This Grillo is planted in the sand dunes running alongside the Mediterranean. Extremely palatable and bright with the saline pulse we are always so happy to find with Nino’s wines.

Service tips: It’s asparagus season, so why not get some grilling over coals.
