This field blend from Princic is always pleasing, with bountiful bright fruits, saline, acidity, and structure to back it up. The grapes are macerated for just a few days on skins, then aged in old chestnut and oak barrels. A little bit bianco a little bit orange - a LOT delicious.

Dario Princic is a leading producer of macerated white wines. He commenced working in his family vineyards as a child and since 1988 has cultivated his own vineyards without chemicals, utilising biodynamic farming principles.
