Zibibbo is an aromatic varietal that grows beautifully on the wild island of Pantelleria. This wine is carrying all the flavours of this exotic Mediterranean paradise.

The grapes come entirely from the Serragghia district, and grown without any chemical or synthetic product. The volcanic soil on which the vines rest, and the marine influence of the island give the wine a deep and three-dimensional salinity, the real strength of Gabrio's products.

Service tips: Serve it at 10C with pasta with Bini’s capers, lemon rind and Le Coste olive oil.
