Vitigno: passerina, malvasia puntinata

Mario Macciocca is a former Italian national football player who decided to leave everything and pursue his dream of a winemaker. A field blend of mostly passerina with little malvasia puntinata; the fruit is coming from a single site 60 years old vineyard where the vines fo these two varieties were planted in those proportions. Few days maceration on skins and stainless steel affinage only. Little cloudy, tropical fruit driven zesty and super fresh.
