Sparkling rose’ - Cattabrega is dialect for the noisy guy in a group of friends. Grasparossa is that guy, blended with Sorbara and Uva Tosca - and just juice not pressing - grasparossa shows the beauty of its small red fruits without bitterness. Fragrant, savoury, tart, bright bubbles.
