Single vineyard "Cancelli", 450 meters above sea level in the commune of Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. 4 hectares of vines over 40 years of age, which enjoy the positive influences on one side of the Gran Sasso Mountain, on the other side the Adriatic Sea. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously through indigenous yeasts and without temperature control in cement tanks. The ageing is done in fiberglass containers. The bottle is transparent to display the beautiful deep rose color, wild strawberry, pomegranate and mineral notes.

Service tips: Serve it at 14C with fish soup in tomato sauce. Or with a pecorino cheese and eggs polpette.
