“Relatively red” is a celebration of a traditional style of wine from Mount Etna, not a red, not a white but a darker rosato, historically made in palmento from a short maceration of mostly red but also some white varieties. This is 100% Nerello Mascalese which has had a short maceration on the skins for about a day and a half. A very gastronomic wine.

Service tips: Serve at 12 C, pasta with porcini and nipitella (can use mint as replacement)
