Spontaneous fermentation in thanks with indigenous yeasts (as every wine of Le Coste) without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in fiberglass for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. The goal of Gianmarco and Clementine is to practice environmentally friendly agriculture with the surrounding nature and landscape, without being compromised with the logic of the market, in this little part of Italy encapsulated between Lazio and Tuscany.
