Le Coste Bianco, from the stunning vineyards perched around Lake Bolsena. Made up predominantly of Procanico, with hints of other local varieties. This wine is driven with complexity that is unmistakable from the Lazio region.

Vitigno: Procanico Blend
A name taken from older generations of wine making 'Ripazzo' was born with this wine needing a gentle nudge to finish fermentation. By adding the following years grape skins this wine was able to ferment dry. Its such a playful fun wine suitable for all picnics or dinner tables.

This is one rambunctious Olio. Freshly cut grass & herbaceous notes with a peppery finish. The intense vibrant green glow is just gorgeous. This is Organic & delicious, we just can't get enough of this stuff!
