Vitigno: Chardonnay

Chardonnay from chalky limestone soils vineyards from a friend in the Colli Euganei. 50% directly pressed, 50% macerated for a month. This is a great fruity sparkling wine with plenty of freshness and notes that go from white flowers to stone fruits.

Alex worked with Ernesto Cattel of Costadila and currently still in charge of Costadila’ winemaking. In 2017 Alex started his own projects: Ombretta Agricola (Piave), Pedecastello (Belluno Dolomites) and Grinton (from friends vineyards)
