Coda di Volpe Rossa 100%. Ancient vines that grow, as per tradition, alongside Aglianico grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 2 days, 12 months in used chestnut barrels and 6 months in the bottle. Cantina Giardino's "Volpe Rosa" is a gem of the Irpinia area produced from a very rare grape, the Code di Volpe Rossa. It is a rosé wine that smells of Mediterranean herbs, small ripe red fruits, honey and light essences of dried flowers. On the palate there is a lively, rustic and invigorating freshness that makes the sip agile and vibrant.
