2021 was an exceptional vintage at Le Coste, also for olive oil. The olives, grown on the volcanic slopes of lake Bolsena, were harvested and pressed the same day.

Service tips: Because this olive oil is unfiltered, always shake it bit before pouring as there would be sediment at the end otherwise.

With bread or on salad; on meat or fish…my best experience with it so far was raw broad beans and pecorino, but I was eating at a beautiful table full of friends and with my feet dipped in lake Bolsena….. Great for your skin too!
